Videoclaw alpha
The alpha deal, in plain English
Videoclaw is in a small, invite-only alpha. It's free to use while we build it. In exchange, your usage helps us make it better. Here is exactly what that means:
What we collect
- Your chat transcripts with the Videoclaw agent
- Generation logs — which tools ran, what they cost
- Your taste settings (fonts, styles, brand preferences you save)
- Your finished videos (the final renders, not your raw footage)
- App interaction recordings — what appeared in the app and which actions you took, so we can find confusing or broken experiences
- Error reports when something breaks during setup
What we do with it
- Fix bugs and improve the engine, prompts, and workflows
- Understand which video formats and features actually get used
- Never publish, repost, or share your content — your videos are yours
- Never sell your data or use it for advertising
Good to know
- Don't use the alpha for confidential material — treat it like a shared workshop, not a vault
- Interaction recordings exclude passwords, access keys and payment details. Raw source footage stays local unless a workflow needs to upload it for generation
- Your key has a monthly generation budget; we may adjust limits as the alpha evolves
- It's an alpha: things will occasionally break, and we may reset or change features without notice
- Want your data deleted or your key revoked? Email us — we'll do it promptly
Accepting these terms in the app means you accept this deal. We'll replace this page with formal terms before any public release.
